TSB to release investigation report into the Titan submersible

Gatineau, Quebec,  — 

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada will release its investigation report (M23A0169) into the 2023 implosion of the Titan submersible and issue six recommendations. 

The TSB makes recommendations to eliminate or reduce safety deficiencies that pose significant risks to the transportation system and require action by regulators and industry. As part of its mandate, the TSB advances transportation safety by conducting independent investigations.
