Completed Access to Information Requests

The following is a summary of completed access to information requests processed by the Transportation Safety Board (TSB) since December 2011. The list is not all-inclusive. Requests such as those that are uniquely of interest to the requester and primarily contain personal information of the requester or third party proprietary information are not posted. The requests are displayed by the year and the month when they became available for public release.

Please note that while the list is published in both official languages, the responsive records are only available in the language in which they were originally created.

To obtain, informally, a copy of the records released in response to any of these requests, send us an email at ATIP.AIPRP@tsb-bst.gc.ca, by fax at 819-953-9648 or write to us at the following address:

Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator

Include your full name and complete mailing address as well as the file number(s) requested. The records will be disclosed in the form that they were initially released under the Access to Information Act, including format, language(s) and any exemptions or exclusions that were applied at the time of release.

Note that in some cases, because of the passage of time or changes in circumstances, it may be necessary to review the documents again. In such cases, you will be asked to submit a formal request under the Access to Information Act.

For any questions regarding this process, please contact our Access to Information Office at 819-994-8030.
